Data we collect

Email voluntarily provided when requesting access, contacting us or subscribing to the newsletter.
Account and usage data inside the app (projects, saved configurations) if you sign up.
Technical browsing data processed in aggregate by Vercel Web Analytics, with no cookies and no personal identifiers.

Purpose

Reply to demo, free-trial and commercial contact requests.
Provide the CRISTALCAD service to registered users.
Improve the product based on aggregated usage metrics.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for registered users, on the performance of the service contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We retain data while the user keeps an active account or, in the case of leads, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.

Data processors

Data may be processed by the following providers, all with adequate safeguards:

Vercel Inc. — site hosting and anonymous analytics.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@cristalcad.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
