Service

CRISTALCAD is a browser-based CAD tool for glass shop professionals that lets you configure shower screens, glass enclosures, railings, sliding doors and automatic doors, and export technical drawings. The service is provided as a SaaS and offered "as is", with the reasonable availability allowed by our infrastructure providers.

Subscription and price

The service is offered under a monthly subscription of €49 (VAT not included).
The first 7 days are free and do not require a card.
No lock-in. The user may cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the billed period.

Accounts and usage

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity from their account. The user agrees not to use the service for unlawful purposes nor to attempt to access other users' data.

Intellectual property

The software, the interface, the profile and fittings catalog and the documentation are property of La Cristalería de Barcelona, SL. Projects created by the user (drawings, configurations, exports) belong to the user.

Limitation of liability

CRISTALCAD is not responsible for measurement errors derived from incorrect data input by the user, nor for financial losses arising from cutting glass against an unverified drawing. Always verify measurements, fittings and finishes before cutting.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any relevant change will be communicated to registered users by email with reasonable notice.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and La Cristalería de Barcelona, SL is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
